By accessing automatedinsights.io, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its interactive diagnostic.
Website purpose
This website provides information about Automated Insights and offers an interactive tool that creates an illustrative AI system blueprint from visitor-provided information. Website content does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or advisory relationship.
Illustrative outputs
Diagnostic recommendations, workflows, timelines, savings, response targets, and potential outcomes are preliminary illustrations. They are not guarantees. Actual feasibility, pricing, performance, compliance requirements, and results depend on discovery, data quality, third-party systems, implementation choices, and other factors.
Client services
Any consulting, development, automation, integration, or product engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement defining scope, fees, responsibilities, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, and other project terms.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, probe its systems, impersonate another person, or use automated means to abuse its forms or services.
Intellectual property
The Automated Insights name, visual identity, website design, copy, and original materials are owned by Automated Insights or used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission. References to selected founder-led work remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Third-party services
The website may connect to or link to third-party services such as Notion, Microsoft Outlook, n8n, and Calendly. We are not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automated Insights will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
